If you would like to contact us, please send an email to: info@busandfly.com. If your question concerns a specific booking or you need a more detailed general information which you are unable to find on the website we strongly recommend  you to contact us directly. All you need is to call any of our information centres. Priority is given to the complaints, sent to the email address, concerning the following issues:

•    damaged, delayed, lost or stolen luggage

•    delays and cancellations

•    bad staff conduct and inappropriate treatment of passengers

A reply to an email usually takes up to one week, or 5 days if the matter does not need further investigation. In urgent cases, please contact our call centre. In order to handle your question promptly, we kindly ask you to send your email in Ukrainian, Russian or German.
